Geisinger Health System Purchases Mount Pleasant Corporate Center Site

Scranton, PA - The Scranton Lackawanna Industrial Building Company (SLIBCO), the industrial development affiliate of The Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce, announced today that Geisinger Health System will relocate its Lake Scranton Facility (Rt. 307) to the Mount Pleasant Corporate Center. Geisinger purchased Lot 5 in the park and will occupy 9.55 acres. Construction plans include a $25.7 million, 45,600 SF, two-story, medical clinic.
The Mount Pleasant Corporate Center is a 23-acre commercial and office park owned by SLIBCO. The park offers five building lots, all fully developed with utilities readily available.
