The space is being leased by Eurpac Service Incorporated, a nationwide wholesale distributor of sports nutrition and health products to the retail trade based in Norwalk, Connecticut. The Dunmore location is an expansion and relocation of their Scranton based Muscle Foods USA distribution hub.
The building is 242,276 s/f of warehouse/distribution and office space on 24.35 acres located at 100 Keystone Industrial Park Road in the Keystone Industrial Park in Dunmore, Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania. The Park's location at the confluence of I-81, 84 and 380 and US Rt. 6 is probably the best distribution point within a one day drive of Canada, New England, Mid Atlantic, Mid-South and Ohio.
