The Pennsylvania Economic Development Association (PEDA) is pleased to announce that Michelle Bisbing, from the Pocono Mountains Economic Development Corporation, has been honored as the Developer of the Year at the 2024 PEDA Annual Fall Conference, held at the Bayfront Convention Center in Erie.
Michelle Bisbing has played a pivotal role in driving economic development across Monroe County and throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. Her projects have had a cumulative economic impact of over $119 million, creating approximately 1,500 jobs. Her dedication and leadership across multiple sectors have significantly contributed to the region’s growth and development, making her one of the most influential figures in economic development in recent years.
