The celebratory groundbreaking will take place on July 22, from 9:00 am to 10:30 am at the project site located along Arthur Gardner Highway in the City of Hazleton.
At full buildout, Hazleton Logistics 141 will deliver 5.3 million SF of state-of-the-art industrial space. This development stands as a testament to NorthPoint Development’s commitment to creating best-in-class facilities that drive economic growth and provide world-class operational efficiencies for leading organizations.

The park’s momentum began with Building 1, a 1.05 million SF facility currently leased by RJW Logistics Group. This groundbreaking paves the way for upcoming future development opportunities, capable of accommodating up to 1.5 million SF.
