Greeley, Pike County, PA -
A Pike County firm was among three throughout the state to receive a low-interest loan from the Department of Community and Economic Development through the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority to support business expansion.
Pike Food Branding LLC (Pike Global Foods) - through the Northeastern Pennsylvania Alliance - was approved for a 15-year, $453,200 loan at a 4% reset interest rate to aid in the $1.13 million cost to purchase and renovate a 9,896-square-foot building on Route 590 in Greeley.
Pike Global Foods is a family-owned business dedicated to supplying baking, pastry, chocolate, and confectionery producers with the highest quality ingredients.
The purchase of the facility will allow for the expansion of the company’s operations, resulting in the creation of four new full-time jobs and the retention of three full-time jobs within three years, according to DCED.
