The Sale of Former LTS Corporate Center Brings Hopes for Revitalization

The building formerly known as the LTS Corporate Center, will now be co-listed for lease by KW Commercial and DLP Reality. KW Commercial, the Daniel Perich Group closed on the sale of 528 Seven Bridge Road in East Stroudsburg. The building features 55,000 square feet of office space and a 16,000 square foot warehouse. The partnership plans to fill the empty space in an effort to bring more business and jobs to East Stroudsburg and to help revive the area.
“Although it was greatly affected by the economic downturn, the sale is the first step towards revitalization,” explained said Daniel Perich. “When LTS occupied the location, they employed several hundred people. We're hoping to bring that kind of employment back.”
The new owner, DLP Professional Building LLC, has taken over control of the property and plans to begin renovations immediately. The renovations and building upgrades are planned to attract different types of tenants to the property.
Perich also explained in order to fill the 70,000 square foot space marketing efforts will begin shortly, citing with the news of change in ownership he already has heard of leasing interest.
The property is located on Route 209, less than two miles off the Marshalls Creek exit on Interstate 80.
